Communication uses verbal and non-verbal messages in the form of formal and informal communication that intends to generate meanings across various frameworks, cultures, networks and media in an organization. Communication is a complex genre and as such can be defined on different perspectives with a strong intent on feedback generated towards the end of the communication. Many scholars have put forth the idea that organizations are processes which craft, preserve and disband societal collectives, that the processes institute the work of shaping and that the techniques in which these progressions are constantly accomplished are the organizations (Weick,2015).
